How to pay:
Payment Gateaway is provided by SHOPIFY & STRIPE who hold all payments.
Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept all cards showing the following signs on the card: Access, Visa, Mastercard, all debit cards. (Please note: we do not accept cheques).
Dispatch of Goods:
We aim to dispatch every order within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, will be sent on the following Monday. During busy times this may be longer, we have up to 30 days from receipt of payment to deliver, so please allow adequate time for delivery. If you have not received after this time has lapsed please contact us.
Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of their receipt. Our full terms and conditions are available on request.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contact with us or 14 days of receipt of order, unless the goods have been specially made for you. If you return the goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused, to the delivery note address, we will refund you for the goods. If you place an order for delivery overseas, you must wait 6 weeks for delivery before a claim can be made.
